Thursday 2nd – walks ***** Sunrise prom walk then same again with Dan, Jay and the lovely Maeva – sunny start then clouding over late afternoon.

What a great day, with Dan, Jay and the lovely Maeva coming over early around nine, Mag and I decided to get up early and head down to the prom for a sunrise walk:) Leaving home at 7 its only a short walk to Felixstowe seafront with some nice colours in the sky, we walked to the Fludgers stopping to take pics including a few selfies as I had my tripod, friend Georgia out on her first jog stopped for a quick chat and also Tracy out walking her 4 dogs, as the sun made an appearance:) It was lovely out, quiet too, and with the breeze a tad offshore it was mild too. Home for breakfast and send some pics to the local TV weather as the family arrived for breakfast too. I then got an email from Jules the weather presenter from BBC’s Look East asking if she could feature Maeva visit on the evening programme, very exciting indeed:) Maeva then had to go for a check up at the Doctors before returning here. We then all had a lovely family walk along the sunny prom with Dan getting to push Maeva in her swanky Fox buggy for the first time by the sea, he loved it. Again it was very mild and the hat was soon taken off although the sun did disappear as we returned back home. We then made lunch for Dan and Jay before Maeva had her second visit of the day to the medical centre for a jab this time, she was not impressed! Mag and I then had the afternoon to ourselves, I cut some wood for our fire while Mag read. Then after tea we watched Look East and the part about Maeva brought a tear to your eye just loved it and I was lucky they used two of my pics from today – top top day :)
